At SERENEDE®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return shipping label, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your original payment method.
